Right to use
You grant Suunto Oy (including branches and subsidiaries) and Suunto's partners a non-exclusive, limited and free license and right to use the content (photo(s) and text(s)) you have published with hashtags?#AdventureStartsHere and #Suunto. Suunto and Suunto's partners may use the Content for marketing and advertising purposes in their social media channels, newsletters and on the website www.suunto.com. Suunto and its partners can edit and change the Content at their own discretion.

For the sake of clarity, Suunto states that to its best knowledge Content has been provided to Suunto by an external service provider in accordance with the terms of use of the social media -platform in which Content was originally published (e.g. Instagram or Facebook). If you use the hashtag #YesSuunto, Suunto Oy may processes your username, the image and text content you share, and this contract. If you want to make use of your rights related to personal data, Suunto will also process the personal data you provide to us in connection with such contact, such as your name and email address. Content may be published, for example, on product pages and elsewhere on the website. Suunto may also publish the material you tag with the hashtag in our other channels, such as our social media accounts, newsletter, banner advertising or store materials.
